Well, the story is open ended with the two boys ended up in unrequited love and blackened. Fusang ended up in that world because that's the only way for her to be human. She wants to leave but because she will need resentment so she was forced to say. I wouldn't say Fusangis unfeeling but maybe not romantic cuz she is ready to get out of there if not for her wanting to be human. There was supposed to be extras but I didn't read that, so I guess things ended up pretty well?
