End got weird. But enjoyed it.

Not rating purely because I don't know how or what I'd rate it. It's fucked up. It's horrific. I didn't know who's side I was on. It made me question my morals. But I read the whole thing, and sat on the edge of my seat for most of it. Definitely different from anything else I've ever read. Absolutely not for the faint hearted or for someone looking for a casual read. In a nutshell, WTF and where can I find out more?

I absolutely loved this! Miscommunication happens, so it's good to show them putting aside their pride or embarrassment to be honest. I love the BDSM. I love the vanilla. I loved that they weren't just one or the other, that it's completely healthy to mix the two. I especially love that the Dom in both cases is the woman! So many stories where it's the man, it was definitely a refreshing change. Good character development. But I wish there was more. I felt the characters were just starting their development path, but then it ends. Would have loved to see the friend make it official with his partner. But still definitely an enjoyable read.

If you're looking for romance, you're not gonna find it here. The characters are all so toxic. It's all a power struggle to further their careers, and they use sex to get it. I hate how it ended. Blackmailing someone and ruining their life and someone else's because you didn't get what you wanted isn't how I wanted this story to end. Almost dropped this story, but stuck it out in hopes things would resolve. But it didn't. Wouldn't recommend.

So...meh. I'm sick of tiddies. It feels like it was written by a man. There's a lot of smut, as she daydreams about it often, and is getting action as well, but, it does nothing for me. I got very desensitized to the sex scenes very early on. They all make one facial expression during sex, it's always grab or mush the tiddies, and such huge boobs too... I dunno, I can't sense emotion from it. Or like, it isn't expressed well. Myself as the reader, can't connect on an emotional level with the characters. Does that make sense? And then the unnecessary plot line... did we need the shamaness? Did we need the yin and yang bullshit? Trying to blame her sexual fantasizing on imbalanced yin levels... y'all never heard of just a super horny woman? No? Just check out Wattpad, they be over there.

Seemed okay. Not really feeling gripped by the story. Dropping.

If we put the sexual coercion in the beginning aside, I do like how the miscommunications and the lies get resolved early on. I really like that the Boss apologised for his behaviour and lies that he told. It's not often you read a BL and the Seme apologises, they usually just act like it never happened. Totally saw the plot twists coming from a mile away, but it was still entertaining. The twin plot twist probably didn't work on me being that I am a twin and even in art form I can tell them apart. Got excited for some sex toy play like I was Chanwoo from BJ Alex, kinda dissapointed with what we got. Was hoping for more.... variety. Ngl. The cat ears and butt plug tail at the end really turned me off, and I was glad the story ended before anything happened.

I started this thinking it was gonna be a light and fluffy BL story. But, damn that got dark fast. Like woah, you all have issues.Part of me seemed to scream the entire time "Y'all need therapy!", and "If you'd both just talk, it wouldn't have taken you so long to get together!". I did enjoy how it shows each couple and how they're connected to the main couple. The surprise Yuri was nice. Wasn't expecting it, and I liked it's inclusivity. Pretty good story. A lot to take in if you're not expecting the drama.
