Thirty Years Old

Complete | S-monkey | 2000 released

This is such a nice light story. So easy to read. Shame it hadn't been updated in a long time. **ITS LIKE THE AUTHOR HEARD ME AND SUDDENLY STARTED POSTING AGAIN. For a manga which hadn't been updated in almost two years, I was almost certain this would never be completed. But apparently miracles do happen! This was such a light, and fluffy manga. Nothing too heavy. An enjoyable slice of life read.

Sweet. Two friends. One in love with the other. Practically living together.

Kimi ni Ienai Koto ga Aru

Complete | mofumofu edako | 2019 released

This is so sweet. Two childhood friends, deeply in love with each other, but neither brave enough to take that step. One in fear to ruin what they have, the other because he was raised to believe being gay is wrong and just wanted his friend to be happy. Neither realising the happiest they've been is with each other. Super cute. Definitely recommend.

Polarity Frustration

Complete | MofuMofu Edako | 2000 released

One boy desperately wanting to cling to normality, the other just happy to embrace being different it that's what makes him happy. Pretty good for a one shot.

Scandalous M

Complete | Kim Dan, WnB hair | 2000 released

Hmm. Although I'm glad it had a happy ending, I still am not a huge fan of Chanbit as a character, especially in the like the first 30 chapters. But that was just how their relationship was at that stage, is not like they were an exclusive couple, so I can't judge too harshly. Lots of drama, like so much. Kinda felt like too much kept happening. The side story at the end seemed to drag. I do like Baekyung. I think his character was the best out of the whole lot. He's the only reason I'm giving this three stars. Would I recommend people read this? Probably not.

Hatsukoi No Atosaki

Complete | hidaka shoko | 2000 released

I really liked this. It was rather mature. It feels like their relationship was just starting to develop when it ended. I felt it was missing like a second volume or something. Almost like the story was cut short. I wanted to see them work on Nishimas' sexuality issues. To no longer feel the need to correct people and use the term "normal, to accept that he's most happy with Miyama in a gay relationship. And for Miyama to finally start looking to plan for the future.

Fuck Buddy

Complete | Hinako | 2018 released

I liked this much more than I thought i would. At the beginning they appeared to be two awfully toxic guys out on the prowl to fulfill their carnal desires by having threesomes with different girls every night. And they treated the girls as a means to get off and not as people. But then as you keep reading, there's so much more to it and they're so much more complex as characters than I was expecting. They have deep rooted trauma from their childhoods, and sex is their escape. And then three became just two. There was an attraction between them they couldn't deny, and a compatibility that just made sex so good. I was under the impression this would just be porn with a plot, but it actually ended really sweet.
