This is about a guy (blue haired one) obsessed with red from power ranger. In elementary school, he got to play blue instead and some other kid got to play red. He was mad and made a fuss behind the stage alone with that red guy. The red guy then missed him lol.
Fast forward, they met again when they grew up.
