Cuteness everywhere...Karasugaoka town is divided into east & west have two voluntary crime prevention group... Izuhara Sou(22), the leader of the east "VOICE" group & leader of the west rival group "Karasukai", Shinba Tetsuji(24)... always ends up quarreling whenever they meets ...But in reality in the past Shinba saved Izuhara Sou from bullying & since then he decided to become a man like Shinba ,the guy he admires...But whenever he is infront of Shinba he messed things up & starts saying mean things ..so how will Sou deal with his clumsiness whenever it comes to Shinba ..will he ever able to be close to him..?
