Let's go ahead and guess the rest. After the presentation, she truly realized she needed to quit. She held a meeting with HR and then her boss to tell them the truth. Her broken hearted boss was still completely professional, but cried like a baby once he was alone. She then had to tell her good friend/assistant the truth and apologize. Finally, announced it to the whole team she was resigning due to personal reasons or health concerns. Down the line, the red head heard about the news; she was angry and in disbelief until she confronted the painter. Then the red head felt strangely sad and empty; she had lost a worthy rival. Even after quitting, the MC found herself going to work by mistake a few times or getting lost in route. The saddest conversation was the one that transpired not long after; it was hard to hide the coping mechanisms. She had a conversation with her brother and broke the news. She told him the truth about the hospital incident and the door incident. The painter was by their side thankfully, but the brother was devastated. After a while, the painter was upfront with the brother and told him about his infidelity; he couldn't hide it because MC started to get sporadic episodes of the bad incident. The brother never looked at the painter quite the same way again, but he was grateful for his presence all the same. They all lived together to get some semblance of normal. The painter took care of the MC for the rest of her life and the picture room became her safe haven and one of the best ways to keep her calm. The painter and brother became advocates for dementia research after watching her go through its hellish tragic process. MC died while in a coma after her body continued to fail her.

it is a good read for being twisted. however, if we were to look into the future, I don't see it ending well.

Everything at first is so cliche, but like... I am so excited to see what happens. I think the ML is going to turn out super weird. The fact that he loves bunnies and makes the MC into a bunny character tells me enough already. But just what exactly is his special sauce that makes everything taste like fish... I think the ML is going to turn out super pervy. Or like someone else said, the ML objective is something else entirely. IDK. They are both way too beautiful. I do not think the MC is prepared for the ML at all. Let's see how far the ML is going to go. Update March 1st: Omg... MC. You are killing me. What a way to end a chapter. (17) You know.. I understand. if I saw wonderful nipples just as I was waking up.. I would probably suck them too regardless of gender. lol probably. July 11th, Ch 29 - DUDE are you for real.... he said Babe. The ship has taken off... I think that pretty much declares it. The tension between these two is great. *Chef's kiss* .. they are both so beautiful. Honestly, if I were to Isekai to a new world, it would be with men as androgynous as manga drawn. If only there was more switching. Update October 1st: Omg. The ML is sex walking. He has found his target and he will not let go. The MC has no chance. I don't think the MC really listened to the ML. The ML LIKES him... he stated he has never like anyone before besides the bunny. This is huge. He is going to eat him up literally. You know ..they are going to cook together. It will be one of their things.
