Our MC is a tattooist and ML is some mystic gang leader? Maybe, judging by how he dealt in a cruel way with MC's friend(or stalker). ML possibly is obsessed by MC and planned to approach him using tattoo as an excuse. Does MC loves him? that's under question. But he is conscious about ML since he was checking the messages and remembering when they last met. Are they good match? Not sure, but it felt like they could fill each other's ( a bit crazy/selfish) wants in their own way.
Did I like it? Yes. It is short and not much information is given, but gives a lot of space to imagination and lets to finalize the story by each readers preference.
