Yamanai Fukou no Owarase Kata
This is a sequel, and this couple continues to be one of the authors strongest stories.
Renai Nante Yurushimasen!
One of my favorites. Both characters are so well written and their spin offs are even better. The art is beautiful, and their relationships is very healthy and loving. I really recommend.
Tasogare Outfocus
Probably one of the most visually pleasing romance manga’s I’ve read. It’s stylish and specific but still so pretty to look at. Mao and Hisashi have such an interesting dynamic, and every time they interact it’s always so fun to read. Mao is strangely weird and he is so adorable and likable as a character. Hisashi has a fairly sad backstory, but it doesn’t dip super far into the angst, and it’s very focused on the two of them. It’s a great story, and I really recommend.
Ameiro Paradox
I love this author, they always have such amazing couples and this is no exception. A classic enemies to lovers with a tsundere uke that mellows out. Both characters are so likeable, and I just love Onoe. They’re relationship is very funny, with great back and forth humor, but even though they say mean things to each other there are so many sweet moments where we see how much they like each other that it makes it endearing to watch them play fight. I really recommend reading this and checking out the author
Love Nest (Minaduki Yuu)
One of my all time favorites. It’s a story about a deeply traumatized and angry Masato, living with a roommate who’s the exact opposite of his type. Asahi is sloppy, a lightweight, and very aloof. Despite this, he starts to break through Masato’s defenses, and a super realistic and unlikely love sprouts between the two of them. It seriously is amazing, both Masato and Asahi are well written and they’re reluctance makes a lot of sense, and it really feels like they choose to be together despite the disadvantages and hurt feelings. One of my absolute all time favorites, and I hope you can read it too.
