In this more serious (mature) omega verse story, the main plot is about the incestuous relationship between the twins and their S&M relationship with their pet. When O is in heat, A loses self-control and ravages his twin, even bonded with him. Something crazy about this whole verse is that, the mangaka brings the whole idea into this well developed & written manga. You can't unsee it now. This kind of situation is possible although it's still in BL genre.
