S1 Review: It all came back full circle. They're both from the same orphanage and Jin protected Matthew from the abusive priest. Surprisingly Matthew is English, but was later on raised by his grandma and passed on among relatives before ending up in the orphanage where Jin was also institutionalised in... On Jin's phone, he named Matthew as Czech Freak lol tbh I do see this coming because of how Jin is protective of Matthew in his own ways. Matthew's character is also very charming, seeing as he's head over heels for Jin. He truly looks up to Jin and is irrevocably in love with him - notwithstanding that age gap, unstable childhood life, the dangerous path that Jin is taking, and all the other drama. It has all the elements of Finders except for the rape part - so far, this couple hasn't done anything to hurt each other the way the couples have gone through in the Finder, you know? So this is a crazy crime thriller drama romance yaoi series, but without the rape part of the uke/seme (I definitely think it's better without any of those painful love kind of thing). Under the Greenlight (Noksaekjeonsang) (2021 - ?) Jin is the most perfectly beautiful man Matthew’s ever seen. He’s also a high-ranking and violent criminal full of frustrated ambitions and equally frustrated appetites. But Matthew, a sculpture student prodigy, can only see the beauty—not the darkness. One way or another, Matthew will pay the price for his muse, with his body... or with something far more costly.
