The relationship was a little too gross for me and hit on some points I don't like in manga. It's a pushy unrequited love relationship, where one boy just keeps pushing and trying to wear the other down/force their love on the other. This can work for me if the tone is right, but in this case I just found it sickening. it looks like this kind of theme is going to persist with other characters. So it's not for me.
Positive: cute art (not overly detailed or intricate but suits the story), interesting world-building, good pacing, low pressure.
Negative: you can live without this story. It's pretty basic and has no intensity. The kind of manga that doesn't stay with you. This can be a positive too depending on your preferences. Other than that, I said why I didn't like it but that's a personal preference. If you share that preference, it will be a no for you as well.
