Bruh she's not one of your isekai MC and she's just being human, and a teenager at that. Her mother might've killed the couple in the fire that she probably set off and the father might've done something to get rid of soo-yeon. The image of her parents that she's been believing all this time were crumbling in front of her, showing someone she didn't know. Of course anyone would be scared. . .
