I'm done with this beautiful series. It's hurt my heart to many times. You can see the big influence with midnight cowboy in this. The love between homies whether romantic or platonic. I'm still very sad by the death of my boy Eve. Id like to imagine that in the end Heath goes off. To live his life not with another person but by himself. He remains like that till the day he dies. The relationship between Heath and Eve was very sweet. I remember in one of the earlier chapters Heath was discussing something with eve, something personal. He then said something like "why do I feel like I have to share this with you? ". And another time were he told Indian and glasses guy about the way Eve brought this warmth to him and asking if it were weird. There was no doubt that he loved him, but whether it was a romantic or platonic is a different story. I feel it's up to the readers interpretation. I must say thank you ms. Yoshida for another beautiful story. Truly one of a kind.
