I'm really bother with the 'falling in love w/ a child' thingy but reading through some comments I convinced myself that they're maybe right that Japanese has a lot of words for love that English doesn't so maybe that is why the reason for that whole weird line (lol) & I also agree that with one comment the the author should expand a lili bit about their relationship
