OK let my explain about this manga let's use boy A and boy B:
Boy A goes to a prestigious school next to that school protected by a fence is a school for delinquents. Boy A sees the delinquent boy B I gured out of kindness he takes care of him and they became close.But becuz boy A comes from a school of respect and order they are to not be friends but they just couldn't stay away from each other
