It's incestuous but not. Adoptive "father" is a brotherlike figure to a 16 y.o. I don't get why to call him dad (outside) & Mr.Lin in private. And although acting as his adoptive "father" he is starting to turn him on. Granted he's not quite a 13 y.o. kid so it's not pedo but 16 is cutting it pretty close. Mr. Lin is prob in his 20s. The kid doesn't even act like a kid. I mean he is when it comes to wanting to be part of his family, but he also drinks wine and he's a tough kid. I wouldn't label this as pedo.
