Naru has a narcissistic disorder that results in a second personality that comes out whenever he encounters a mirror. Luckily, he also discovers that a kiss from his best friend, Mamorou, temporarily cures him. Although they kiss every day, Naru believes they're nothing more than best friends, even when they become intimate. He believes it's an extension of what best friends do. Naru is an airhead, but this was sweet and funny.
