Way too angsty for unrelated step brothers lol....also just too angsty to be fun....also some weird scene choices that seemed to be leading to other drama, but nothing came of it. Just meh.

I liked it when the angst and butt-head behaviour was at a minimum...shame most of the book is angst and a certain character being absolute trash.

Honestly the segs friend got ripped off. He seemed like a really sweet and respectful guy, never violent, respected no, left the house when asked, just such a good person trying his best.

Despite loathing this kind of unhealthy codependancy irl, in manga its one of my favourite tropes. Especially an airheaded cutie with an insanely loyal guard dog. There was a bit more angst than I usually like, but still kept me hooked lol

Gotta love giving characters unnecessary trauma instead of a real personality lol. Also why do people in stories never talk to each other? Alcohol exists, get a bit tipsy, spill your heart, and if it goes south pretend its a joke or you don't remember....super simple.

So angsty....but also soooo cute ♡♡♡

I'm divided on this story. On the one hand I like how it shows the lasting effects and damage words can have on people....but I also hate how fervently the mc thinks being gay is wrong. I know there are people like that in the world and sometimes its not a bad story element. But i dunno kinda made me annoyed. The ending did kinda wipe away that annoyance though.
