i didn't like the start because of how rapey it was but it became better in my opinion. There's this sexual disease where if you have feelings for someone, you feel a strong desire which is too hard to resist. so, a cure was made to suppress those urges. This is like a omegaverse but they don't hold the same omega, beta, or alpha ranks.

I tried to like it but idk I guess my tastes in mangas are different
