I love this manga to bits and wish I can like it +1k. I actually feel healed like Haruhi as a reader goes along his journey of unexpected recovery. I was like Haruhi to a point - misunderstanding those around me for a few years, found an unexpected friend who helped me appreciate myself for who I am - not knowing I used to compare myself to family. I'm straight but his journey reminded me a bit of myself then and now. In the end, you are your own worst enemy and it is okay fall and accept help.
