I despise the main top, the story is nothing but rape after rape, the top is toxic to the bottom. Just one big toxic fest

There's so much wrong here, the plot is just basic, the characters are barely tolerable, the love plot is just meh, and as always Japanese authors use RAPE as a PLOT DEVICE i hate it despise it, its such an awful thing and you see it every second manga as just a way to push the plot forward, i hate it.

Why tf did you leave him alone without explaining anything if you knew how he felt? And exactly what he thought??? And why does he know what the bottom's feeling/thinking, but not the other way around? Good smut
