I like this author. I was just thinking about how I wanted to read something like this. No romanticized stockholm syndrome, or any source for some fucked up bullshit romance. Something that sincerely shows how scary this situation can be and the pressure it puts you under. This perfectly describes that. When he was getting kidnapped it actually felt real and it had me on edge. I was tired of all the romanticization of this situation. Shit pisses me off. I wanted something real, something good. This author's one of my favorites fs Edit: I read this on another website and I can tell you how many shallow people in the comments gonna change up after the sheep takes his mask off
