SPOILER ALERT!!! I have read the original in Chinese and won't give anything away in this review aside from my dislike for the ending. If you'd rather not read that, look away. Also, it's only my opinion and you should read this and make your own opinions. I just simply want to say this.
When I find a new Mantua, I generally read it in Chinese and as much as I appreciated the first two sets of this series, once the primary story hits it's limit, it is a bit of a let down. That's not to say that some won't find it appealing but others, like me, will probably feel as though the ending was rushed and it was a bit of a disappointment. The reveal was way rushed and the ending left me wanting more to the story, to be honest. There were things left unanswered and other things left to be desired. Overall, it wasn't a terrible story and had a very Vengeance vibe to it, but wasn't near as entertaining nor as fulfilling. I'd say to read it as it is translated and make up your own minds but this isn't something I will be reading again, personally.
