so mc has "troubled" face and while being scoled bc teacher doesnt like his face a year older senpai stud up for him and mc falls in love, 5 yeras later they meet again after mc called out him and they go to senpai house to drink with senpai friends, he blacks out and when he wakes up turns out he confessed to senpai and he accepts his feeling but senpai is blunt and kinda dumb lol so there are lots of misunderstaning that could be easy avoided if they talked about theris issues before but it is resolved as mc snapping at senpai and finally talking about waht need to be talk about last chapter is them breaking up and makeing up with some very very blunt words from senpai in the middle of library but they go back together and thats it
