This was unexpectedly very cute and heartwarming. I liked chapter 4 the most; I like how you had Takase, who respected Ito and the reason why he rejected him, but the moment he saw the ex hounding Ito, all bets were off, and he changed without hesitation. It's so infuriating how desperate the ex was yet wanted to have his cake and eat it too; I'd copy Takase ASAP, too. I'm glad they worked it out, and I like how their miscommunication in chapter 5 was Takase not wanting to be overbearing to Ito in any way which lead them to having a good talk and working through it.
