I feel deflated when I'm enjoying a story and they suddenly insert a rapey quick start to the ship. And faithful to yaoi rape-is-cute trope, this one is just handled as a slap. Raped while drunk is even creepier because you literally has no chance to even protest... but what is more confusing is the change of personality a character has to go thru to fit the 'uke' mold. The guy goes from a confident man ( seme) to being a whiny, insecure, submissive dude and he even get to be 'shorter' because ... uke. The weird thing about these love stories is that uke is always sold as inferior and in this one, the guy clearly was a top by preference and his lover doesn't even consider to suggest to try bottoming for him. It's just plain sad to be an uke in yaoi stories.
