The two seme isn't related and more likely Lou is unrequited love with Kile's twin brother (Ray), but Asher and Ray are in a relationship. Now that Ray is dead(?) all his power transfer to Kile so Asher take this opportunity to find Ray's Body with Kile not knowing how Ray died and where his body is. And Kile like Lou, but he debating if he likes him or his ESP.
