️️️️️ Action, Historical, Reincarnation, Martial Arts Extremely good, one of my favorites. Definitely a most read for action and isekai lovers.

️️️️️ Strong Female Lead, Reincarnation, Magic Really unique storyline for an isekai. I really enjoyed it. The only thing is I wish the FL knew more about her power and situation more in the beginning of the show. The wait to find out what was going on was too long for my tastes. Lastly, as a warning this story takes place in a very misogynistic society, where all the male characters act really abusive at first towards the FL. This tends to get old, even when they do start to be nicer, it just gets annoying after a while. If you don't mind reading things that are borderline offensive towards women then you should be fine.

️️️️️ Action, Fantasy, Reincarnation, Supernatural Really recommend. Common themes and ideas, but does a great job of presenting them uniquely in the storyline.

️️️️️ Action, Isekai, Magic, Martial Arts I really enjoyed this, although it’s not totally original and is very similar to other mangas before it. I would give it a try. I know someone people really enjoy it while others hate it, but it’s interesting and has great action scenes.

️️️️️ Action, Game World, Comedy, Cultivation One of my top two of martial arts manga! I really love this. It’s original, has great main lead, who’s interesting, smart, comedic, calculating, and (getting) strong. It has great action scenes, awesome art, and is not boring or dragging. Can’t wait to see more!

️️️️️ Action, Comedy, Historical, Another World, Martial Arts, Cultivation, Supernatural I really enjoyed this manga. Really interesting characters and storyline. The ML is very calculating and has a darker sense of comedy, although that does tend to change a little later in the story when he gets a new look. I mostly enjoyed this because of the ML personality and strength. It is also very long, so I would be aware of that.

️️️️️ Action, Isekai, Martial Arts, Cultivation One of the first isekai manga I’ve read. Really good. Definitely a must read. The only thing is the updates are extremely slow, chapters come out two to three times a month, so it’s hard to keep track.

️️️️ Historical, Romance, Action, Reincarnation I really enjoyed this. Super good if you like a strong female lead, who can fight, and is calculating with her actions. Although it does tend to be annoying because the translation is extremely slow and has taken years. As of Sept 2022 there are 273 chapters, and I’ve had to reread this fours times on three different platforms over the years just to remember what happened since the last translator stopped translating. Definitely a commitment. Maybe wait to read when it’s completed.

️️️ Action, Isekai, Cultivation, School Life Started off good, the first ~300 chapters are really good, super interesting, well paced. But after that I find it boring and it tends to drag at times. I would only read this if you are able to wait long periods for chapters and are able to stay on track without dropping it. As of Jan 2024 it has more than 900 chapters, and I’ve been reading it for years, so it’s definitely a commitment.

️️️️️ Action, Game Like, School Life, Comedy Really good and binge worthy. Surprisingly original story, especially for the gaming, cultivation, genres. I also like that it is an official WEBTOON, so you can read all the chapters on their website and app for free too. That way you can also support the original author. And although it isn’t finished yet, since it is a WEBTOON it does update regularly and it’s already an English translation so it updates fast, which is totally a plus when binge reading.
