In a world where even highschool students have the power to strike people with lightning there has to be some kind of restrictions. The story is set in a world where everybody possesses Kago powers ,Kojirou and Asagiri are part of the schools public morals committee for a school where students have higher levels of powers than usual, due to their strong powers our protagonists are tasked with the job of controlling all these wild beasts.

As always Kanda proves she could give personality to a leaf if we gave her the chance. Cute and Funny. I love me an opposite personality couple and these two are very likeable. I love them together they really balance eachother out with their very distinctive personalities.
