Suzuhara keeps hearing his neighbour having loud sex at night and one day he snaps and makes noise back which results in his neighbour coming to his room angrily. The next day he realises that the same neighbor who asked him for sex as compensation also goes to the same university as him. There is another couple but it's one chapter and nothing groundbreaking so ... Yeah
I liked this. All the characters are very different and very interesting. Rika is also best girl so you know that's great too.
