At this rate MC is acting like a helpless girl in a shoujo manga that has men fighting over her and saying shit like “No! Pls don’t fight over me!” While crying. Why does he allow himself to be dragged around??? That's so lame. He literally be like "Yamete!~" most times. And why does his little bro treat him like a fragile little girl when he was so capable of not giving a shit about him in the past life? The sudden change of character makes no sense and doesn't explain how he could be so fucking cruel in the beginning but end up so annoyingly attached like a jealous boyfriend later on? The math isn't mathing? Does this author even have siblings?
