I have so many thoughts on this. But first! I like the fact that the MC was shown to be flawed- in the beginning we meet him having a failed marriage proposal to a woman, because he only wants her for her worth/use, not because he wants to be with her or cherishes her for her..this is pointed out by ML, a gay man that instantly reads MC DOWN . Due to circumstances, they eventually tumble into bed together. I like how the ML said the guy he once liked was dead like yes we've all been there when someone's dead to you! And

This was better than I thought it would be? The name is misleading, and omg we get to see something veryyyyy rare in bl: actually responsible adults showing restraint omg!

MC- (top) always has his girlfriends stolen by his best friend, ML (bottoms). They both like each other.

Starts off rocky and toxic but gets better??? The bottom does become possessive towards the end too and is the one to cement the relationship (chapter 6)
