Evol's manga / #another world(2)

I cannot believe it is over. I have been keeping up with this story since 2019. It’s so sad to see it go but I enjoyed my journey. This has your common plot line as a base but with a more mature and relatable main character and more well developed characters and plot in general. She makes decisions I couldn’t find myself making. Her love interest doesn’t immediately fall in love with her and I liked that about it. Throughout the story, Latte made meaningful connections with those around her. Though Arwin has strong psychopathic tendencies, the story criticizes aggressive actions with lethal affects, with Arwin only committing these acts in the past or against Garnett who has committed multiple offenses. You can even see every character except Latte and Ibelin are rightfully afraid of him. These characters show that there are consequences to his actions, though none can be followed through due to his great amount of power. I seem to be finding myself going on a tangent but, overall I really enjoyed this book. It felt fresh even with the familiar isekai plot line. I love what they did with it and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys isekai stories.
