I don't know what the author has against this particular character but every fucked up thing that's happened to him is presented like he deserved it for being a "bad dude".
But no, let's also make it about his kidnapper/rapist. As if he deserves any sympathy. Atleast stories like Warehouse and Killing Stalking are centered around the psychological horror of it and don't actively have "BL" in their title. The MC doesn't even fall in love. They stick together in the end so they aren't lonely. BL my ass.
I LOVE Hasty (the translator). They pretty much say what I've been thinking and has the sense to know this shit ain't "love".
