Easily one of my favorites! Its incredible how the mangaka captures so may dimensions, so many emotions and makes karuta look so fascinating. Its very well balanced and keeps you thoroughly engaged from start to finish. The whole ensemble was so interesting.. even characters I didnt like in the beginning, I came to feel for. Plot, character development and maturity 10/10.
I'm so happy with who she ended up with. Tbh Taichi has been Chihaya's rock from the beginning. He's so important to both of them. I always felt that Arata was someone she looked up to, was chasing as a goal. I do feel the last chapter was rushed. We only see hints of Chihaya's true feelings but never see them stew and gain form. Wish we had an extra or two (some crumbs T_T).
