Gozu is always giving me secondhand embarrassment omg but I love his um.. desperation for Eve. I think this is the first time I've read a BL where the seme looks like an uke and the uke is so built. This is certainly not the last time I'll read a trope like this. I need more bottoms like Gozu. Also, this BL actually has a plot and I am intrigued as to how it would go. I strongly feel like there's gonna be a romance conflict where the hero likes Gozu and then Eve is gonna annihilate the hero. But the hero actually doesn't die and lives his own life. Perhaps, the hero may have a BL of his own. Anyways, Eve is not gonna be seen as the evil Demon King anymore but the good Demon King. And boom, happy ending with a ton of smut :))

I get that the setting of the story is set in the past but I hate how being “ugly” is having big noses and how dangerous it is for women to live in a big mansion alone. It sucks that they need a man to stay protected. To be fair, if I were reincarnated into the stepmother, I’d feel the same way tho. I can’t fend off enemies and take care of my daughters and somehow earn money at the same time. I mean I could but it’d be extremely hard right? The story did seem promising at first but I’m at chapter 15 and it’s kinda boring. It’s just the stepmother and that Baron dude talking and hanging out. Where’s the alternate Cinderella plot? Lowkey highkey I want that baron guy to move out the way. He’s so shady anyways Chapter 40: lmao um forget the part where I said it was kinda boring bc right after 15, it got interesting ig. I like the mc and how well she can communicate with her girls. I kinda wonder what she was like back in her world. I can’t really tell. All I know was that she’s from the modern world. The baron man is still really shady tho. I’d prefer if the mc got with the second sword instructor instead but oh well. I’m sure she and the baron will marry or smth. eyeroll emoji
