very weirded out... they don't explain, at all, how they intend to handle the singular most important aspect here--- the successorship. Like, it's fine if the empress is barren or whatever, but they don't even acknowledge the problem of a successor anywhere from start to finish once Rosamund is out of the picture. And that makes it feel ridiculously unfinished.
