⟫ Honya-san de Go! > Haru ni Arashi. vol. 1: so cute. the art style is quite old but the story is quite fun. (sorry, i enjoy the seme being abused and ordered around like that...) it has a little bit of sekaiichi vibe with the publisher vs bookstore setup but this one is created earlier.

classmates, now officemates, friends for probably a decade now one of the best friends to lovers manga. very sweet and touching. the storytelling is great that you could identify on the dillemas of couples that has been friends for ages before hitching together. not to mention adjustments of being in a gay relationship with your straight friend whom you were in just a platonic relationship only a little while back. #mild smut

plot-wise the seems to be too much scene skip without properly explaining that story seems disconnected and the side characters randomly pop out of nowhere. otherwise, it's so sweet, light and fluffy. it's bright love-filled, no darkness anywhere which makes this a feel-good businessman manga. read for this. the only thing i yearned in the end is the child that they are going to adopt. as a fan of childcare BL stories, i'd love to read at least one omake about it.
