I think it is pretty realistic that the young seme got tricket by a narcissistic bastard. That is what narcissistics do and if you never had one in your life it is easy to say "how could you get tricked?!". Saying that he acted like the other guys in Haru life is not fair... it is really hard to get into such a mess and I think he did really great for a young guy that never came across such bad situation.
