Yumi is in an abusive relationship with Kan-chan- dating since high school- and re-encounters Mayama, who had been bfs and loved Yumi in middle school, but was pushed away. Eventually Mayama realises that Yumi is in an abusive relationship and confronts Yumi, who pushes Mayama away, who eventually confesses but says he will stop bothering Yumi, who at this point was broken up with by Kan-chan who was afraid of loosing all of his good memories if their relationship continued.
