Not what I was expecting at all but I'm really glad that it's implied both seme & uke are gay. Really nice that. Philosophical things aside it does what it wants well. Still processing everything but yeah.
Not gonna lie though I kinda wish it was longer so it could focus a bit on the physical impacts of Jin. Whether it be his butt getting bubble buttier or his getting short of breath or ETC. It feels like those would have added a bit more consequence to change in diet.
As someone else said it's fucked up for the sake of being fucked up, it could've easily been a story of the uke having been repressed by his adopted father in every way (how he uses his phone, food, recreational activities, sexuality, his profession, etc) and him trying to escape that topic environment as a naive sheltered boy only to be taken advantage of & molded by another mentor like controlling freak who initially encourages his exploration of the taboo only to start gradually manipulating him into his ideal guy, who's dependent on him.
The pieces are their & kind of acknowledged but it ditches real dark stuff for fantasy & it weakened the plot as a result.
