Psychological. Nothing makes me more nauseous and uncomfortable than the knowledge that this is a story grounded in the filth of manipulation, isolation and rape This is not a story which the reader can disregard as being and impossible act of fantasy. This is a story that happens when people aren't watching all around the world. This is a degree away from gore. This is not a pleasant story by any means, however the story is insanely well written. The imagery is a major component to the story which shows.
