Sleeps In Sunbeams's manga / #Mermaid(3)

Trigger Warning: Rape Naive mermaid boy wants to become human. He asks his lifelong friend the human magician who lives under the sea and has his wish granted only to be raped by the magicians sea creatures and then the magician himself. Let’s face it, this was a thinly created plot for an underwater tentacle porn bonanza of restraints and forced pleasure. It didn’t tick any erotic boxes for me because I felt no emotional connection between the guys.

Now this was a very cute story about a mermaid and the human boy who loved him. It was fast paced and short yet managed to create a sweet emotional between the two.

An interesting Josei take on the Little Mermaid fable. I personally found Lotte a little too much at first. A little too irritating, a little too much the victim, a little too forgiving etc. But she and her prince weather every storm that comes their way to find their HEA which was nice. Very happy Deo got his mermaid too, he was too likeable to not have his own special person.
