A love story of friends to lovers. The thing is, the seme was such a womanising playboy that even with a happy ending the uke will never be comfortable trusting his lover. Understandable given his history of two and even three timing on his girlfriends. Idk, I find that rather sad. I kind of liked the flirty manager more, he had a kindness to him that was appealing under that flirty exterior. I was sad to see he had his own unrequited love story and impressed with his maturity in dealing with the guy he loved (like making sure he prioritised his family and not drinking around him to avoid any “blame it on the alcohol” moments).

A beautiful, sprawling story following the lives of this blended family after the loss of their newly married parents. The romantic relationships crossed boundaries like age and family ties, but it didn’t feel sordid, instead was sweet and heartwarming.

Fluffy, sweet, romantic. Two enjoyable stories.

I liked the characters in this. They were both a little bit bad, but in very different ways. The uke was shorter (but don’t make the mistake of calling him shorty) and coldly aloof. However he also had a fiery temper, a blunt, matter of fact way of talking and the ability to take down much larger men with erupting violence. I loved that he was no pushover and his rather quirky social ineptitude was adorable. The seme was the owner of an elegant cafe and the master of fake smiles. Lots of gossip circulated about him but to the uke he was a bit of a mystery with cold eyes and great coffee. Finding out the truth about the seme is a big part of the story so I won’t spoil that, except to say he gets called trash a few times. These two are entertaining to read about as the story isn’t super predictable and their natures seem surprisingly compatible

3 of Mio Junta’s short stories. An actor x waiter, swimmer x neet, and senpai x kouhei whose love seems to have fizzled, these were all enjoyable reads. Beautiful artwork, humor and love.

A wonderfully erotic romance with a supernatural twist. Thirtyish Arata is a café owner whose extra large dick is too much for any woman to handle. When he meets starving university student Shinya, he is stunned to learn that the food he needs is not something from the cafe, but from Arata himself. These two indulge in lots and lots of sex with plenty of oral, toys, dirty talk, flirting and even an observer. But their world revolves around each other. They become a sweet, loving couple with a more than healthy sex life who aren’t afraid of a PDA or two. Really a nice mix of sweet n spicy content.
