An interesting school and a pretty good read overall. There was some humour in there too, but the romance was just missing some intensity. Perhaps if that last scene was Glasses and Puppy it would have been better overall.

A Yakuza and detective in a relationship? Akira Norikazu is the mangaka? Yes please, sign me up for a dangerously sexy sou seme and a beautiful uke who can hold his own in a tough situation. Add in those sexy scenes that could melt the polar icecaps and a Do Not Disturb sign on my door ‘coz I will ignore you until this is fully read and the last page turned.

I loved these two MCs so much. Fujishima-San was tough, protective and sexy. The adorably clueless Gojyo had my envy feeling Fujishims’s muscled chest so freely. I loved how the author showed his increasing fascination with the detective, from clenched fists to stop himself reaching out, to blushes to touches and a confession followed by rolling in embarrassment. He was, as Fujishima noted, so soft and cute!

Call boy assassin and hero style detective. An unexpectedly good pairing in this story and both MCs were well written. I found this an interesting read, but not a feel good one.

I enjoyed this story of a rookie cop and the forensics specialist. Hina started as shy and a touch naive but as the story progressed he grew in confidence, both in his work and relationship with Shiro. I liked how Shiro actively pursued Hina. He was an irresistible force, loaded with charm. Lucky Hina.

Two orphaned boys sharing a room at an orphanage become a pair. It should be sweet and simple for Habaki and En who have forged the closest of bonds, but it becomes anything but simple when Habaki has his rut triggered at school by an omega’s sudden heat and attacks the omega. Fast forward a few years an Habaki is a detective investigating a serial rapist and murderer of omegas. His bonded partner En is avoiding him and refusing marriage and at the same time is struggling with writing. The beautiful man seems trapped and hurting but Habaki showers him with loving support. Ah..the pain in this story that is burdening En is shared freely with the reader. While he seems distant and even cold at first, as his writing starts to make sense we can see that En is really the sweetest of men; a man trapped by good intentions and his own loving heart. Really, all praise to the mangaka for the story that made my heart ache and the art which was simply brilliant. This was a gem in Omegaverse.

Ex cop turned private detective, Keigo Odagiri lives with his young lover Leo (a runaway that he rescued a few years ago). The manga is a slice of life as we watch them getting caught making out, going on stakeout and working on cases. There is a sweet look back on how they met and became lovers and just that nice, simple focus on the everyday.

Once high school best friends, Shino and Kazuto now work as detectives for the island country Sakura. Shino works in the city branch, and much to his annoyance, Kazuto works the regional office. A new case has them working together, much to Shino’s dismay and Kazuto’s delight. You see, Kazuto is crazily obsessed with Shino. The yandere detective is dangerous to any who would stand in his way with Shino, and even to some degree, towards Shino himself. Enjoy this story with full understanding that this possessive and obsessed lover would kill anyone who tried to take Shino away from him. And Shino? He just can’t quite push Kazuto away..
