I love this era and was happy to see Nobunaga become the Great Unifier of Japan and get to chase his own HEA with someone who loved him wholeheartedly rather than missing on seeing his vision come to fruition. This story was sweet thanks to the influence of the FL who wasnt a pushover and played to her strengths in this war torn era. Nobunaga’s gradual conquest of Mai was adorable and overall I really loved their romance.
Asuras Bride
Beautiful art and a story that does it justice. The masculinity that rolled off Ulaan was seriously sexy and I loved the touch of vulnerability that he shared only with Yuwan. Sexy banter and intensity between the MCs, this was a delight to read, even the unpolished chapters. The FL was that rare mix of a strong character who is still gentle and kind. She faced adversity bravely and the things she experienced changed her from being a typical FL of the times. Definitely one of the better of these stories.
