8: gorgeous art and this mangaka always has interesting stories. A little twist on the esper/guide where the esper is the uke. Like the premise and it looks like it’ll be a promising story. I like the uke and seme dynamic so far! Uke is the tough type (as an esper) and seme is the refined and polite guide, but quite warm and kind. He’s holding himself back bc the uke doesn’t like him (or any other guides) but the attraction is there and I know he’s the doting caretaker type. Refreshing to have both be good guys, hope it stays like that. Esper’s weakness to get honey when needing guiding is a good lil device to move their relationship forward for some fun times.

List - enemies to lovers 15: interesting guide and esper world and starting out as enemies from different bases. Fun little bickering dynamic at the start, though seme is more the confident sneaky strong type that turns into an affectionate and doting lover, while the uke is more the bland unassuming type that is somehow secretly strong. The art and dynamic reminds me a bit of Two souls. The type of story I like. So I finished and it was quite good! Seme was a bit manipulative and prickly in the beginning, but ended up falling in love and being very sweet and supportive. Great growth and a great guy. Uke remained a bit bland but still sweet. The secret plan by his home base and the human experimentation was quite messed up, I felt sorry for him. This was entertaining but with a bit of a blandness in terms of climax and drama - which I think came down to the author's style of writing and drawing really. But I wasn't really bored even if it was a bit predictable. The couple ended up being very sweet and even a bit emotional so I quite enjoyed them. A nice progression and story.

18: interesting esper-guide story, translations a bit iffy so far but the art is pretty. Uke is very basic and seme has yandere traits. So far he is gentle with the uke at least and the kind of polite smile but ruthless to everyone else. I can see him developing to an obsessed possessive type seme, while the uke is meant to heal him. Up to 18 now and enjoying the dynamic. Definitely the possessive/protective type but still very sweet/gentlemanly with uke and I hope it stays that way. And polite when working but really will not hesitate to murder lol (like he threatened the old idiot minister). Uke is more of the normal type but not afraid to stand up to the seme and speak his thoughts. Feels sympathy for the seme's loneliness. Art is very pretty and translations improved, still very promising.

22: pretty art and cute story. Uke is the basic man with hidden power type and the cute cheerful type. Seme is the ultra powerful cool commander who is sweet and doting only to his lover and strict with everyone else. He’s quite childish and pouts and sulks which is funny for his mature manly demeanor otherwise. The main “mystery” is what power the uke has and how he got it, as only the seme seems to know. Otherwise quite simple and smooth sailing.

10: ehh it’s ok kind of wonky. Translations isn’t great and the flow/pacing is weird, I’m also not feeling any of the characters. More of an office romance and ex-lover type story than Guideverse.

9: based on a novel and interesting world building but harem one bottom with 4 tops, there is an end game but they treat him quite badly and it’s looking like a lot of rape so…yeah don’t know about finishing this one.
