I love mafia stories, and also love youkai stories. OF COURSE I WOULD LOVE THIS THING.
We have here an youkai yakuza! With the young boss being an 1/3 youkai and not wanting to assume his position.
But since he is strong, enemies start to come after him either way, so he will have to fight to survive and also to protect his familly / the yakuza.
The plot is also full of secrets, have a good background and great character development, with really good high tension and drama points within the story.
The only demerit : romance is not the focus, so it's slow and have little of that
