Yeah this is basically a Shoujo manga... And my god its like he couldn't take two steps outside without someone trying to rape him and yet he was continually going off on his own. Annoying. Really kept waiting for a time jump where he actually looked like a guy/adult...

Ok that made no fucking sense. He has trauma from oversleeping for an exam but not for his childhood friend practicing porn moves on him? Or the other dude molesting him during nap time?!!! But because of that he lets them to those other things because that's supposed to be fucking related somehow? Like it didn't seem like they actually helped him sleep at all so he was just getting raped for no reason.
