I've been waiting for an update (exceept I've bothered to check just now since two years ago, maybe) ever since it came out that the mangaka hadn't been doing too well health wise..hope that went well.
++I do agree that the manga seems axed?? In a way, there was definitely wasted potential :( still good nonetheless
